Coloured aerosol raddle was applied to the udders of ewes 3-12
weeks post-partum and the resultant coloured marks on the heads of
suckling lambs tested as a means of identifying groups of ewes with
their progeny. The accuracy for group identification as measured by the
percentage of lambs present marked with the correct colour, ranged from
94.5-99.3%.
